I am supporting researchers at DoME in all matters related to FISH and microscopy. Some of my skills and current responsibilities are visualization of demanding samples (CARD-FISH, BONCAT, Thunder & CLSM imaging systems), maintenance of aquaria & marine bivalve husbandry, sample preparation for TEM (Vibratome & High pressure freezing), and cell cultivation of isolation of symbionts.
