I recieved my bachelor's degree in Molecular Cell Biology and Biotechnology from the University of Gabes Tunisia in 2017. My interest in microbiology, spedifically in rhizobia-plant interaction, started during my master's topic, where i worked on the genetic and symbiotic diversity of nudulating bacteria in pea in southern Tunisia. I started my PhD in Biology at the Tunisian University of Gabes in 2020. I am currently studying genomic analysis and the functional analysis of nudole organogenesis of symbiotic strains isolated from nodules found in Tunisian soils at the Center for Microbiology and Environmental Systems Science 'University of Vienna'.
